1:1 COUNSELING FOR:​

Eating Disorders
I see all types, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder (BED), ARFID, orthorexia, and OSFED.

Disordered Eating*
Support with restriction, emotional eating, bingeing, food "obsessions," compulsive exercise, purging, and laxative/diuretic use.

Chronic Dieting/Diet Burnout
Guidance for those stuck in the diet cycle, struggling with yo-yo dieting, and feeling burnt out on attempts at weight loss.

Pre/Postnatal Nutrition
Nutrition support during pregnancy and postpartum, including for gestational diabetes.

Weight-Inclusive Medical Nutrition Therapy
Non-diet support for PCOS, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and IBS.

*Please note that whether or not you have a formal eating disorder diagnosis, restrictive eating, binge eating, purging, over exercise, and other distressing eating patterns are physically and psychologically harmful and deserve focused treatment.

FAMILY/FRIEND SUPPORT​

  • “How do I handle comments from my mom about my weight/nutrition?”

  • “My co-workers constantly talk about food and dieting. It’s triggering. How do I navigate that?”

  • “My relationship with food isn’t great. How can I avoid passing my own eating disorder behaviors on to my kids?”

I can help you communicate the details of our work together in a way that will foster healthy boundaries and generate the interpersonal support you need.

Join me for a meal or snack to provide an additional layer of support and accountability.

MINDFUL EATING EXPERIENTIALS

​​​Are there foods that you feel can't have in your home because they create anxiety or trigger you to binge? I can provide a safe space for you to experience these foods in a new way that will help break down these negative associations and replace them with confidence and freedom.​​​

COEXISTING CONDITION INTEGRATION

  • I am keenly aware of how trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, other mental health diagnoses, and neurodivergence play into how we relate to food.

  • I offer trauma-informed treatment that takes into account how any of the above might impact how you eat, meal plan, grocery shop, and prepare food

  • We will tailor our treatment plan to your unique presentation and life circumstances.

BODY IMAGE SUPPORT

As a Certified Body Image coach, I can help you:

  • Define what it actually looks like to have good body image

  • Figure out where your body image issues stem from

  • Build a toolbox of strategies for improving your body image now and for the rest of your life.

CARE COORDINATION

I firmly believe in a whole body approach to wellness and value team collaboration. I will coordinate with your therapist, physician, psychiatrist and any other providers that are involved in your care to make sure we are all on the same page and working towards common goals.
